Transcripts and Summaries generated from your content.
Usage Data (how you interact with the app).

Device Information and Identifiers (Device ID for analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide AI-powered transcription and summarization services.
Generate meeting notes and insights.
Improve app performance and user experience.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Important: To provide AI features (transcription and summarization), we send your uploaded content (audio recordings, documents, images, YouTube links, etc.) to OpenAI.
What data is sent: The specific audio file, document, image, or link you choose to process.
Who it is sent to: OpenAI (openai.com).
Purpose: To generate accurate transcripts and summaries.
Data Retention: We do not store your raw audio, documents, or files on our servers after processing. OpenAI processes the data temporarily according to their privacy policy.
We only send this data after you give explicit consent through an in-app permission screen. You can refuse consent and still use the app without AI features.
We also use:
Firebase (for backend processing and analytics)
Google Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics (anonymous usage and crash data)
We do not sell your personal data.
4. User Consent
Before sending any data to OpenAI, the app displays a clear consent screen explaining what data will be sent and to whom. You must actively tap “Allow” for the data to be processed.
5. Data Storage
Your notes, transcripts, and summaries are stored locally on your device.
We do not keep permanent copies of your raw audio or uploaded files on our servers.
6. Your Rights
You can:
Disable AI features at any time.
Delete your local data from the app.
Contact us to request information about your data.
7. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
